I wanted to review this product as soon as I got it from Amazon but then I realised since it was an international product, the plug was different. I then bought a universal adapter. When I switched on the product, it was fine. The temperature goes from cool setting to a medium setting to a high setting.
When I switched it on to cool, it worked normally. Same with medium. It was only when I switched it to "high", that there was some glow inside, like it was going to start a fire. I don't know if it was the voltage difference in SA or if that is how the setting is supposed to work.
So, if anyone has this product. Is that normal or should I get a refund?
